Slide between them low and fast for 45 seconds — no standing.

Rest 15 seconds; repeat 4 rounds.

Track cones touched — aim to beat it next time.

- Stay low the entire 45 seconds — no rising up.
- Don't cross feet; push off the back foot.
- If your legs burn, that's the point — push through.
